Really rate the guys who delivered the garden swing. I didn't expect it to be readily made and I was storing it for a birthday (don't have a garden) so they had to carry it up to the first floor. They were really nice about it and helpful! The swing itself is well made and has made a fantastic birthday gift. Great experience overall.

My order was delayed as apparently got lost in transit and the quality of the picnic bench I received wasn't as good as I thought when I saw the picture of the item,I think for the money it could have been better,will not be purchasing something like this again

Quick and efficient - I received a call after I have placed my order just checking I had requested the right things as it was an unusual combination. Everything was correct, but it was appreciated that they noticed I had possibly made an error and checked, rather than just sending it out.

Excellent service, description of item ordered was good and true.

Perhaps 3 stars is a little mean, as the bistro set is nicely made, delivery was in time and packaged safely. However, wished I'd measured the set before I purchased as its more suitable for a balcony, looks lost in my garden. It's uncomfortable, I can't get my legs under. It's pretty, but not very practical.

Good service. Item arrived promptly and was well packaged. The item itself was a nightmare to build and had a few pieces incorrectly put together , but this is not down to the company.

Ordered corner arbour. Arrived within the specified timescale. Instructions were poor so used YouTube video which was great. However , there was not enough screws to finish the assembly so I had to go out to buy more which was annoying. There are also a couple of pieces of wood that are split, and split quite badly. I did contact Garden Street to complain as over time the splits are going to get worse and on my option they shouldn’t be supplying wood that it split, however never received a reply ! So all in all not that great an experience

Absolutely fantastic product received. The garden bench was exactly as shown and described on the website. Great communication and delivery was as expected! 5 star product and service.

Delivery and personnel were fine, however I was disappointed with the quality, there was some damage which I managed to repair, I also used screws instead of the nails supplied as they were inadequate.
The main supports (batons) were - in my opinion - inadequate, and one was broken which had to be repaired.
Previously I have built my own sheds with new floorboards, which obviously is far superior to the standard sheds sold en masse - this may have coloured my judgement.

Product came badly damaged mirror in bits but once informed you sent a replacement straight away very impressed with the service and will definitely use your company again thank you .
